Who We AreGrace Lutheran Church is nearly five hundred souls whose mission it is to teach the inspired and inerrant Word of God, to proclaim that Jesus Christ is the crucified and risen Savior of the world, and to nurture believers for lives of Christian service.
We have been serving the Tucson area since 1911, bringing to the community the message of salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Meet Our Staff
Pastor Koehler
Pastor Ron Koehler serves as lead pastor at Grace with ministry responsibilities in administration, worship, outreach, and adult spiritual growth. He came to serve at Grace in 1993, after two years of teaching, coaching and supervising the boy’s dormitory at Martin Luther Preparatory School in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. He graduated from Northwestern College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 1991 with a Masters of Divinity.
He and his wife, Debbie, along with their two boys Tyler and Danny, love playing and watching sports of all kinds and enjoy the time they spend together as a family. Pastor Koehler is always ready for a game of softball or spending time with friends around the BBQ!

Pastor Kassulke
Pastor Nathan Kassulke is the youth and family pastor at Grace, and also serves as the campus pastor of the WELS Tucson Campus Ministry (TCM), which serves students from both the University of Arizona and Pima Community Colleges. He grew up in Minnesota and Wisconsin and was called to Grace after graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2005.
Pastor Kassulke and his wife, Beth, are blessed to have two daughters, Naomi and Anna, and a son, Samuel. All are glad to be serving the Lord in Tucson and feel privileged to be serving alongside a wonderful "family" of Grace members.

Pastor Clemons
Pastor Sam Clemons began his ministry at Grace in January of 2008 as the visitation ministry and senior ministry pastor. He also serves as pastoral representative to the ESL program and spiritual advisor to the Women of Grace organization.
Pastor Clemons is a “second career” pastor. In 1976 he graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law and practiced law in northern Arizona. He is a 1985 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and has served congregations in New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona.
The Clemons family is composed of Pastor Sam and his wife Mary, two daughters, Meg and Bettina along with a married son Ben and his wife Karyn.

Pastor Rieke
Pastor Colin Rieke serves as Grace’s mission pastor to southeast Tucson. He is the site pastor of Grace’s second location which started monthly services in December 2011 at Cottonwood Elementary. Grace-Vail began weekly services on April 1, 2012. He grew up in southern Africa as the son of a missionary. He was called to serve Grace after graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2011.
Pastor Rieke and his wife Kristin are blessed with one daughter, Grace Elizabeth Rieke. When he’s not busy with ministry or helping mom with baby, Pastor Rieke enjoys a variety of physical activities, including walking with Kristin. Both he and Kristin are excited to be in Tucson sharing God’s Word.

Cora Stuhr
Cora Stuhr is the Administrative Assistant at Grace, and has served in this position since November 2009. Cora is a life-long member of Grace, born and raised in Tucson. She attended the University of Arizona and spent the past eight years working at Wilmot Pharmacy. She enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and traveling. Our congratulations to Cora, who was recently married to Chris Stuhr here at Grace!

Cinda Drescher
Cinda Drescher is A WELS certified, Bible-based counselor at Grace. This is a second career for her, and she previously had careers centered around dogs, such as Vet Assistant, Grooming, and showing and training.
She received her training in counseling from Apollo College, Tucson University, Prescott College, and the WELS counselor training program. Grace offers both family and individual counseling for all ages through Cinda. Her areas of specialty are trauma, abuse, and relationships. She is on-call 24/7. Grace does not charge for this service.
Cinda's hobbies are an addiction to books and hiking with her Border Collie service dog, "Taylor," who is also a certified Therapy dog and who works with her in her counseling office.
